本品の固定には、TO-504もしくは市販の[M3 超低頭ねじ]をご使用ください。
[TO-504]と[M3 超低頭ねじ]については、別図を参照願います。
※図面の寸法と極度の差異がある場合、取付が不可能となるかゴム足の圧縮状態時に「ねじ頭が接地」する場合があります。

Use either the "TO-504" or a commercially available"M3 ultra-low head screws" to fix this product.
Please refer to the separate document for details on the TO-5041 and the M3 ultra-low head screw.
If there is an extreme difference between the dimensions on the drawing and the product, installation can be difficult or the screws could be grounded when the rubber feet are compressed.
