スイッチ付きマグネットキャッチ(防塵型)

扉の開閉によりスイッチがON・OFFできます。マグネットキャッチにリードスイッチが内蔵されているため、保持と検知をコンパクトに一体化できました。マグネットが樹脂製の本体で被われているため、金属粉塵の発生がありません。

Opening or closing the door makes the switch on/off. A limit switch is set inside of the magnet catch to get holding / detection functions together in a conpact body. Metal dust will not be produced since the magnet is enclosed inside the plastic body.

シリコン系接着剤、オイル、グリスなどが存在する雰囲気でのご使用は、接触不良の原因となるので避けてください。リード線に荷重が加わった状態やリード線引出部から直接屈曲させるような配線はしないでください。スイッチの破損の原因となります。
マグネットキャッチ本体の取付にはM3のなべ小ねじを用いてください。締付トルクは約0.29N・m（3kgf/cm）とします。その際、本品とねじ頭との間に必ず呼び3平座金を使用してください。
キーパーの取付には、M3の皿小ねじを用いてください。また、取付側にC1の面取りを設けてください（キーパーの取付図参照）。
スイッチの誤作動防止の為、取付面と吸着面以外は強磁性体を近づけないでください。また、取付面が強磁性体の場合は、取付面全体に必ず強磁性体が当たる様に取付けてください。
弊扉時にマグネットキャッチ本体に直接衝撃が加わらぬよう、ご使用ください。ねじの緩みが懸念されます場合は、ねじロック等嫌気性接着剤を用いて取付けてください。

Avoid using the product in an atomosphere where silicone-based adhesive, oil or grease is existising, because it may cause contact failure. Avoid wiring in a way that the lead wires are continuously pressured or bended at the root. It may damage the switch. Use M3 pan head screw to install the body of the magnetic catch. Recommended screw torque is about 0.29N・m（3kgf・cm） Make sure to put diamiter 3 plane washer between the body and screw head. Use M3 countersunk screw to install the keeper.
In addition, the mounting hole should be C1 chamferred.（Please refer to the installation layout for the keeper.） To prevent mulfunction of the switch, do not bring ferromagnetics close to the body of the magnetic catch except for the mounting and adsorption side. When the mounting surface is ferromagnetics, mount the magnetic catch so that the whole mounting side will face ferromagnetics. Install the magnetic catch so that the direct impact will not be inflicted on the magnetic catch when the door is closed.
In case loosening of the screw is concerned, apply the screw locking glue with anaerobic adhesive.
