抜け止めワッシャー

パネル挿入後のねじやボルト等の先端に圧入することで、抜け止め効果が得られるワッシャーです。爪が、ねじ部と嵌合し強固な効果を発揮します。
TM-320-M3に対応した、専用取付工具TM-353-M3もラインアップしております。工具の併用により、安定した取付作業が可能です。

Just putting these washer on the tips of screws prevents the screws from falling off the panel while installing to equipments.
Specialized tool TM-353-M3 is also line-uped.
TM-320-M3 will be smoothly installed when you use the tool.

ねじやボルト等の脱落防止

Use with various types of bolts, screws, and fasteners

筐体へのタップ穴加工時には、サラ加工指示図を参照し、サラ加工を施してください。
取り付けは[TM-353-M3 抜け止めワッシャー工具] を使用し、図示の方向より平行にねじ部へ挿入してください。
平行でない場合、ワッシャーに大きな変形が生じる恐れがあります。
平行な場合でも、多少の変形は生じます。
[TM-353 抜け止めワッシャー工具] が使用できない場合は、推奨治具形状を参考に治具を作成してください。
取り外しはモンキーレンチ等で押さえ、回転させながら外すか、ニッパー等でワッシャーを切断してください。
取り外し後の製品は、再使用できません。

Holes on the mounting side should be countersunk.
For installation, use the [TM-353-M3 Tool for Screw Retainer] and insert it into the thread parallel to the direction shown in the diagram.
If they are not parallel, there is a risk of significant deformation of the washer.
Even if they are parallel, some deformation will occur.
If the [TM-353 Tool for Screw Retainer] cannot be used, please make tool by your self with refering to the recommended tool shape.
For removing this washer, only removing screw while suppressing it or cutting it are available.
Removed product cannot be reused.
