比較的軽量な扉に使用するワンウェイタイプのソフトダウンステーです。扉の大きさや重量に応じてブレーキ速度の調整が可能です。

本図はL型を示します。ステーの取付けは取付指示の範囲以内になるように扉の設計をお願いします。
納品時にブレーキ力は最大に設定されており、ブレーキ調整ねじを締め込み方向に回すとブレーキ力は低下します。ブレーキ調整ねじを締込みすぎると破壊の原因となります。ご注意ください。
許容締付トルク： 0.55N・m（5.6kg・cm）以下
アーム作動面に油分等が付着するとブレーキ力が著しく低下する場合があります（万が一付着した場合、乾いた布等で油分を拭き取ってください）。
本製品の側板及び扉への取付けは、垂直度を確実にお守りください。
本製品を取り扱う際は指詰め等にご注意ください。
本製品を1枚の扉に複数個使用する場合、取付位置に差異がありますと片側の製品に負荷が集中し、製品機能や寿命に影響を及ぼす可能性があります。取付時は十分にご注意ください。
ブレーキをかけずに使用した場合の扉落下による衝撃は、製品や扉の破損又は故障の原因となります。本製品や扉に衝撃を与えるような使用はおやめください。
本製品は使用温度環境により、ブレーキの利きに多少の変動を生じる場合があります。温度差の大きい場所でのご使用はおやめください。
実装にて使用感を必ずご確認の上、ご使用ください。

Please Install in accordance with the table of mounting dimensions in Installation Instruction.
Maximum Braking power is adjusted when delivered. If you rotate the adjustment screw through tightening direction, braking power may lower.
Please note that over-tightening can cause destruction.
Applicable Torque： 0.55N・m（5.6kg・cm）
Oil, dirt, etc. may adversely affect the braking power. Wipe them out on surface of arm before use. Install vertically.
Avoid injury during installation.
For more than two per door, place them opposite to equal sides. Asymmetrical installation may affect product function and lifetime.
Impact from falling doors when used without brakes may cause damage to the product, door, or malfunction. Do not use the product or door in a way that causes impact.
Braking performance may vary depending on the temperature. Avoid use in environments of a large temperature difference.
